Candles Fantasy will not sell a product at a price detrimental to the company if the customer is informed of the error in time (before order confirmation).

All prices on www.candles-fantasy.com are listed in euros (VAT included) and are valid at the time of order confirmation.

Customers can pay via PayPal, Credit Card, or direct bank transfer to our account.

If you choose to pay by invoice/direct bank transfer, we will dispatch the products once the invoice is paid. Please include your name as the payment reference.

Delivery Time

Delivery times:

• EU countries: 3 to 12 days
• Other European countries: 5 to 15 days
• Rest of the world: Up to 32 days after order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Buyers will be notified by email when their order is dispatched.

Complaints or Return of Products

If you are not satisfied with goods purchased online at www.candles-fantasy.com (e.g., wrong or damaged product), you may return them in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We will gladly replace the product or refund your money.
