Ingredients: Echinacea root (Echinacea purpurea), Distilled water, and Grain Alcohol 40%

Suggested use: Take 20–30 drops of the tincture diluted in 1/4 cup of water, 2–3 times a day. Take the tincture 30 minutes before meals.
