Chamomile is a sun-infused herb with healing and protective properties. Our ancestors believed that wearing chamomile as an amulet on the chest would ward off colds and viruses, making it very beneficial to keep a sachet of chamomile in your room. Lighting a chamomile candle in the evening results in a deep and peaceful sleep. Chamomile is especially good for children who have restless sleep.
